Mayan culture gave birth to many inventions and made marvelous advancements in the fields of science, astronomy and civilization building. There is little left after the European conquest but among the few pieces remaining some of the most intriguing are Mayan predictions.
The Mayan calendar has a particular level of accuracy and precision, many celestial events were contemplated before their western counterparts. A long range of contributions have been made to mankind by this civilization such as foreseeing future events. Many of these predictions take prominence among the many events happening in the world right now.
